Summary of Changes

This PR consolidates architecture audit documentation and reorganizes the specification directory structure.

Key Changes

  1. Spec Folder Renumbering

    • Renumbered 19 specification folders sequentially by creation date (001-019).
    • Fixed duplicate and inconsistent numbering issues.

  2. New Consolidated Specification Document

    • Created doc/service-domain-specifications.md.
    • Consolidated all functional requirements (FR) and established cross-references with Audit documents.

  3. Audit Document Updates

    • Updated architecture-analysis.md with spec cross-references.
    • Updated architecture-violations-detail.md to mark all violations as fixed.

Verification

  • Verified document links to ensure no dead links.
  • Verified the correspondence between implementation and specifications.
